TiONA\u00ae 3 is a heavily treated, chloride-process, rutile titanium dioxide pigment, specifically designed to give excellent hiding power and good film integrity in flat emulsion paints formulated above CPVC. TiONA\u00ae 3 provides easy incorporation and excellent stability in the finished paint as well as high dry hide opacity. <\/p>\n
