TiONA\u00ae 813 is a heavily treated, chloride-process, rutile titanium dioxide pigment, specifically designed to give high opacity and tint strength while maintaining good film integrity in high PVC flat emulsion paints. TiONA\u00ae 813 provides easy incorporation and excellent stability in finished paints. <\/p>\n
